ALICE

ALICE! is a high energy longform improv team based in Vermont. Using your suggestions they create and explore all sorts of wacky scenarios. A failing Dinosaur Park? A Lobster-based Social Media Influencer? The Bumblebee Opera? Anything can happen when ALICE is in town!

MACBETH

Every week at NYC's Magnet Theater, the Megawatt house team Macbeth (aka "the Scottish Improv Team") brings you dramatic twists, absurd leaps of logic, and finales that leave you understanding less than when we started. Characters take off into magical new worlds inspired by your favorite genres of cinema and theater.

RACCOON CHORUS

Raccoon Chorus is a team from Burlington, VT that creates an improvised musical from scratch based off of a suggestion of a single location. Will there be heroes, villains, love, conflict, betrayal, redemption? We all find out together when a brand new musical unfolds on stage.

ROBOT LOVE

Hailing from Hartford, CT, Robot Love believes science can solve any problem. Our scientists explore a subject, simulating unique characters and deconstructing their relationships, viewpoints, and themes. With each simulation, our AI program grows closer to feeling love!

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

Step into the circuit-breaking world of Technical Difficulties, where every glitch is a chance for greatness! This Vermont-based troupe full of smartypants people will make you laugh, with a fully improvised set that is filled with more twists and turns than a tangled web of cables.

LATE BLOOMERS

Late Bloomers was originally formed as Montreal Improv Theatre's Harold House Team; the group has stayed together perfecting their skills at blending fast-paced and clever improv all-the-while injecting comedy, cementing them as one of Montreal's leading Harold troupes.

MISS SASSY

Natalie and Julia are two aging stars of the golden age of Broadway. Together they present a character-fueled set of improv inspired by the Great White Way. Don’t be surprised if your toes tap straight off your feet. FOSSE!

9:30PM SHOW:

This block is all 2-PERSON TEAMS!

UNCLE GRUMPY

Uncle Grumpy is a seasoned duo of improvisers (you may know them by their previous name, “Shrek, Whenever You’re Ready.”) They create chaos onstage and are the current hosts of Vermont Comedy Club’s Wednesday $5 improv night, which features a rotation of some of the best teams performing in VT today. Let’s get GRUMPY!

BRADLEY COOPER & FRIEND(S)

Join Chicago’s Bradley Cooper & Friend(s) for a performance where the stakes couldn't be higher. The Big Coop is on a mission: to win an Oscar. After years of nominations and close calls with the Academy, don't miss this chance to see if B-rad can charm his way to victory and get his hands on that little gold man.

BENGAY FEVER

Hailing from Providence, RI, improv partners John and Mike will create a spontaneous, unscripted, 1-act play from a single word suggestion. Will it be a comedy? A drama? A romance? A mini science fiction epic? No one will ever know until it happens!

DATING

Jared and Kaitie are DATING! The real life couple (and made up comedians) take you on a typical date night! Winners of the Vermont Comedy Club's Twoprov Tournament (2022), this double act has done everything from blind dates at Burger King to twisted weddings ending in disaster.

10:30PM / 30-MIN IMPROV JAM (SHORT FORM):

Short form improv jam in the showroom to close Night 1.
FREE. Open to ALL performers AND the public! No tickets necessary.
